• What the Errand is (does the item take up a lot of space in my car? If no, a lower rate is charged because I can accomodate many other customer's items in my car at the same time.  If yes, a higher rate is charged because I cannot accomodate many other customer's items in my car at the same time.)
  
• Pick up Location (is the pick up location scheduled in such a way as to accomodate the geographical area I am traveling in that day?  For example, on Monday I am traveling in the towns of Charlton, Dudley, Oxford, Southbridge, & Sturbridge.  If your errand needs to be picked up and/or delivered on Monday in the town of Dudley, a lower rate is charged because I am running errands in this town on Monday.  If your errand needs to be picked up and/or delivered on Tuesday in the town of Dudley, it can be accomodated but at a a higher rate because I am running errands in other towns on Tuesdays.  South Central Massachusetts towns are served earlier in the week.  North Central Massachusetts towns are served later in the week.)  See Location Grid Below.
  
• Drop Off Location (same factors apply to drop off location as pick up location.  See Pick Up Location above)
  
• Regular schedule or Rush Delivery (ErrandRunner's Regular Schedule is considered normal commuting time, taking into consideration when the errand was requested and needed for pick up and/or delivery.  Rush Delivery can be accomodated but at a higher rate.)
